RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – KLIPSIN™
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including: – gift cards, – downloadable digital products.
To complete your return request, proof of purchase (confirmation email, invoice, etc.) is required. Please do not return your item directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically made to your original payment method within the following days.
Late or missing refunds If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card issuer: it may take a few days for the refund to appear.
- Then contact your bank: processing time is sometimes required.

Promotional items Only items at regular price are refundable. Promotional or sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at: support@klipsin.com
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the equivalent value once the product has been returned. If the item was not identified as a gift or if the person who placed the order received it before giving it to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping returns To return your product, please contact us at: support@klipsin.com
We will provide you with the appropriate return address. Shipping costs associated with the return are your responsibility and are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the shipping costs you paid will not be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchange may vary. For any item valued at over €75, we recommend using a tracked service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of delivery.
